This page can be used for general questions and answers regarding Festiva Resorts, our properties, local information, and general usage and membership information.

You can post your question in the ‘Comments’ section and it will be answered as soon as possible.  Depending on the nature of the question and your preference, it will either be answered in the comments section, or e-mailed to you personally.

Please allow sufficient time for a response as some questions may require research or may need to be directed to different departments to ensure that you get accurate information.

Please keep in  mind that this is not a forum to ask questions specific to your personal account.  Those questions should be directed to the Festiva Resorts Owner Services department.

We will only allow questions that will be helpful to our owners and will not approve or publish abusive questions or comments.

    Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed at the Atlantic Beach resort. If you wish to find a pet boarding facility near the resort, contact the front desk at 252-247-5841.

    Pet policies can be found on the “Resort Policies” pages in each resort’s section on our website.
