Update Your Contact Information
At Festiva Resorts, we are constantly striving to improve member and owner communication. To keep up with rapidly changing technology and in an attempt to become more paperless, we feel that it is important to communicate much of our information to owners via e-mail. While we will continue to post news and updates on our website and through this blog, certain information is resort-specific and/or exclusively for Festiva Resorts owners and members, therefore is sent by e-mail.
We typically e-mail resort-specific newsletters to owners and members on a quarterly basis, and will send other news and announcements as needed. We also e-mail resort specials and discounts exclusively for Festiva owners and members. We do not want to overwhelm your Inbox, so total e-mail communications will be limited to approximately 1 to 2 per month. We will never share your personal information with anyone outside of Festiva Resorts.
If you wish to recieve e-mailed communication from us, please send your current contact information to myemail@festivaresorts.com. To ensure that we can promptly locate and update your information, please include the full name as it appears on your account along with the name of your home resort or vacation club, your current mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are sending us new information, please include the information we may have on file as well as the updated information.
Please keep in mind that this e-mail address should only be used for updating your contact information. All other requests and questions should be directed to the Owner Services / Central Reservations department.
